Hi, friends! I’m Quanny, and I’m so glad to be with you this study as one of your leaders. It’s Day 4 of Foundations Week, and I’ve got another great tip to help set yourself up for success.
Life is full, y’all. Between changes in education, employment, and getting used to our new normal due to COVID-19, there are multiple responsibilities that pull us in different ways. I pray that reading God’s Word together will be a balm for our weary souls rather than another task on our to-do list. Amen? Allow me to encourage you to go at your own pace as you journey through this study and free you from the fear of falling behind. We’ve got your back!
Today’s Tip: Utilize the End of the Week Resources to Catch Up When You Get Behind
We all get behind sometimes; it happens. This is an eight-week study. But don’t fret or quit! You don’t have to get it all done and done perfectly. God can use what we complete. Plus, we have a plan to plug into when this happens. Set aside what you miss each week and use these two resources to catch you up. That’s what they’re made for!
- The end of the week audio teaching (a teaching that highlights the week’s major themes)
- Weekly Recap (a PDF “cheat sheet”)
These will be given every Saturday (the audio teachings starting this Saturday) and are perfect to sum up the week and catch up! That way you can start fresh with us in the new week each Monday.

Now take a deep breath and relax your shoulders because we are pressure-free and almost ready to go!
Cheering you on,
Quanny
Let’s Chat!
We can be so hard on ourselves for falling behind. How can you change that narrative and give yourself grace during this study? (Note: We use Disqus as our blog commenting system. If you haven’t set up your account, we invite you to give it a try.)
